As the operator of the “https://jlabs.online/” website (“Website”), website visitors may visit our Website as Data Subjects to obtain information about our products and services without sharing any personal information.

  1. RETENTION OF PERSONAL DATA 

Your personal data is processed in accordance with the applicable legislation and the Company’s policies based on the relevant legal grounds, and is retained only for as long as necessary. Following the expiration of these periods, your personal data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.

  1. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data collected for the fulfillment of the purposes stated above may be transferred in accordance with the rules regarding the transfer of personal data set forth in Articles 8 and 9 of the PDPL. 

Your personal data may be transferred to the relevant authorities without an obligation to notify, solely for the purpose of fulfilling legal obligations, in accordance with Article 28(2) of the PDPL, upon request or as necessary to fulfill legal obligations.

  1. YOUR RIGHTS REGARDING YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Pursuant to Article 11 of the PDPL, as a data subject you have the following rights:

  • To learn whether your personal data has been processed, 
  • If your personal data has been processed, to request information about it, 
  • To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is being used in accordance with that purpose, 
  • To know the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred domestically or abroad, 
  • To request correction of your personal data if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately,
  • To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the PDPL, 
  • To request that correction, deletion, or destruction operations be notified to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
  • To object to a result arising against you through the analysis of your processed data exclusively by automated systems, 
  • To request compensation for damages in the event that you suffer harm due to the unlawful processing of your personal data. 

You may submit your requests under Article 11 of the PDPL, which regulates the rights of data subjects, to the Company in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles for Applications to the Data Controller.

If you submit your requests regarding these rights in writing or through other application methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board (“Board”), your application will be evaluated according to the nature of your request in the shortest possible time and concluded free of charge within at most 30 (thirty) days. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, the Company reserves the right to charge the fee set out in the tariff determined by the Board.
